1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following countries:
United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Australia.
If your country is not listed above, please contact us before placing your order at dacytemp@splensive.com.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We use USPS and UPS as our trusted logistics partners.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Canada UPS 6 to 12 business days
Mexico UPS 6 to 12 business days
United Kingdom UPS 6 to 12 business days
Australia UPS 6 to 12 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or weather conditions.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, shipping destination, and selected method.

Expedited options may be available at additional cost.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a tracking link.
You can track your shipment directly on the USPS or UPS official website.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realize your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at dacytemp@splensive.com.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment, please contact us.
We will assist in tracking the parcel or arranging a replacement if necessary.
8. Brief Notice (Checkout Page/Product Page)
Friendly Reminder: We do not ship to certain islands/outlying regions in the United States (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, etc.). If your shipping address is in one of these areas, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

Shipping Restrictions — U.S. Islands and Outlying Islands
To ensure timely delivery and smooth customs clearance, we currently do not ship to the following U.S. islands and outlying islands (including but not limited to):
Guam
Puerto Rico
U.S. Virgin Islands
Northern Mariana Islands
American Samoa
And other outlying U.S. islands, remote islands, or areas not covered by regular logistics services.
In addition, we do not ship to the following address types:
Military Postal Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
Some remote/island zip codes or addresses marked as unreachable by logistics carriers.
Why are there these restrictions?
Some U.S. islands or outlying islands have: limited logistics services, extremely high shipping costs, complex customs clearance, or delivery times that cannot be guaranteed. To avoid unnecessary additional costs or delays for our customers, we have chosen not to provide shipping services to the above-mentioned areas.
What if your address is in one of the above-mentioned areas?
Please use a different mainland China address or contact a friend or relative to receive the package before placing your order.
If you have already placed an order and your delivery address is in one of the above-mentioned areas, we will cancel the order during processing and refund the paid amount to the original payment method within 3-7 business days (the specific refund time depends on the payment method).
If you can provide an acceptable alternative logistics solution, please contact our customer service first and obtain written confirmation. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or additional taxed items for special shipping requests that have not been confirmed.
Customs and Additional Fees
In special circumstances, if we agree to ship to certain restricted areas, additional international shipping costs, customs duties, or clearance fees may be incurred, all of which will be borne by the buyer. We strongly recommend consulting customer service to confirm feasibility and costs before placing an order.
